Shipping in Europe

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

(At the moment we do not ship to Switzerland due to customs procedures and additional import fees that cannot be estimated in advance for the customer.)

Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the order and are automatically calculated in the cart once the destination country and city are entered.

European shipments are handled by BRT–DPD with an average delivery time of 2–4 business days.

Shipping in Italy

Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the order:

• up to 2 kg → € 7.50
• 2.01–3 kg → € 8.50
• 3.01–5 kg → € 9.10
• 5.01–10 kg → € 10.70
• 10.01–20 kg → € 12.70
• over 20.01 kg → € 14.50

Shipments are made via SDA Express Courier, with an average delivery time of 1–2 business days throughout Italy, including the islands.

For orders with a total amount of € 89 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible, usually within a few days of payment confirmation.
For deliveries within Italy, parcels are generally delivered within one week in total, including both preparation and shipping time.
For shipments to other European countries, delivery may require a few additional days.

All PoppiNature products are handcrafted on an ongoing basis to ensure they are always freshly prepared.
During high-demand periods – such as special releases or holiday seasons – minor delays may occur due to a high volume of orders.

Orders including a Hay Cake (birthday cake) are shipped in a single delivery according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (through Nexi or PayPal gateways)
• Bank transfer in advance
• PayPal (payment also possible without an account)

In some cases, PayPal offers the option to split the payment into 3 instalments, depending on the conditions offered directly by the platform.

Cash on delivery is not available at this time.

Order changes and special requests

Yes. If you need to modify an order or make a specific request, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, without penalties and without the need to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@poppinature.com, specifying your order number and full name.

The goods must be returned to:

Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete in all parts.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once compliance is verified, the refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Order issue resolution

Please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 2 days of delivery, by writing to info@poppinature.com and, if possible, attaching a photo of the goods received.
We always do our best to promptly resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product storage

Our artisanal products do not contain preservatives, colourants or additives.
To maintain their best quality, they should be stored in airtight containers, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Exposure to light may naturally cause slight fading of flowers and vegetables without affecting their quality or safety.
